To set up a consultation please fill out the form below.
A consultation is a free 15-20 minute meeting for us to discuss your ideas. After completing and sending this form, myself or reception will be contacting you.
*Filling out this form does NOT guarantee you an appointment. Once we agree to your request, you'll be asked to put down a non-refundable deposit either online or at the shop. The deposit is what holds your appointment. No deposit = No tattoo appointment.
Due to the high volume of inquiries please be patient on a response.
